I have questions

Happy weekend, everyone!  I returned yesterday from a four-day business trip, and it really is great to be home!

Remember those T-shirts and bumper stickers that said "Question Everything?"  That's how I'm feeling this morning.  So here are some things I'd like to know more about....

Governmental officials and media experts are all over the map on where the conflict in Ukraine is heading.  Is it entering its final phase, will it last much longer or are those saying it could endure for several more months or even years right?  And can the U.S. and its NATO allies continue pouring resources into Ukraine to help it defend itself?

What does Elon Musk plan to do with Twitter once it becomes his?  Does he plan to reinstate all who lost their privileges in the past, like a certain former President who's toying with running for office yet again?  Will he ensure discipline for those who break whatever rules exist under his leadership?  Will Twitter clients again be a thing (full disclosure--the only way I am willing to use Twitter is with an app that Twitter does not control, thereby ensuring that I have full authority over what content I see and from whom)?  And will we continue to enjoy a relative sense of calm despite what certain people post on Twitter, or will maniacs be unleashed and become the dominant species on the platform?

Speaking of that former President, will we find in the next few weeks that his endorsement of other candidates doesn't carry as much weight as it formerly did?  One of the prerequisites to earn endorsements appears to be that these candidates must state publicly that the 2020 election was illegitimate, which is still rather laughable.

Is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis making the right move by challenging Disney, his state's largest employer and one of its largest sources of tax revenue?

Do I need to see the latest Spider-Man movie before I see the next Doctor Strange flick?  I have a feeling that the answer is "yes" but would like to know for sure.

Did you see "The Batman?"  What was your opinion?  I saw it during my trip, and while I applaud the acting in the film and some of the more striking images, I would say that it would have benefited from some skillful editing.

Will Netflix continue to increase its prices on a quarterly (or so it seems) basis in perpetuity?  Is it worth anywhere close to what they're charging?

Will the Cincinnati Reds ever get close to having all of their players healthy enough to play and perhaps win some games?  They've only won three, and having eleven players on the injured list is a big reason why.

Is the "transfer portal" good for collegiate sports? I say it is, that players should always have had the ability to change their mind and move to a different school.  And what does that do to the "one and done" college basketball player that became such a prominent part of the game over the past ten years?

Inquiring minds want to know!
